When you place your order, we begin prepare your items as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within 2 - 7 days (processing time). However, in peak seasons, processing time can take up to 10 business days.
When you order multiple products, the orders can come from different warehouses. In this case, it could happen that you will receive your products in different packages and at different times.

We ship daily from Monday through Saturday, 52 weeks a year except for Sundays and holidays. Orders placed by 10.00 PM EST Sunday-Friday will start to be made the next day. Occasionally orders may not ship the ‘next-day’ due to stock issues, lacking order information or billing delays. Orders placed on Saturdays will ship the following Monday or next open business day.
USA & International Shipping
We have received and fulfilled orders from over 160 countries across all the different continents. Outside the United States, customs can hold up a package for a number of days, because we work with reliable couriers, this rarely happens and if it does it will be handled efficiently.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Normally 8 -14 Business Days or less. We print all of our products in house to ensure quality. After checkout, your order is sent to our warehouse for printing. Thank you for your continued support with our business.

Yes, we do offer International shipping.

Is your apparel sized for men or women?
All our apparel is unisex except our tanks. Our tanks are standard women's cut. Men's tanks are available upon request.
Do you guarantee your products?
Yes, for 30 days after shipment is delivered. Delivery date is determined from tracking. We do not accept returns on DISCOUNTED SALES and PERSONALIZED ITEMS.
I received a damaged/incorrect item. What should I do?
If you think you received an incorrect or damaged item and or missing an item, contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days of receipt for further assistance. Kindly provide photos of the item(s) you received along with the packing slip as proofs.
Do you offer refunds?
We understand that ordering online can be difficult! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund or exchange the product for another one. Contact customer service for assistance.
Who pays for shipping on items for return?
We email return labels with no cost to our customers if the issue is a result of a packaging error. All other issues need to be addressed with our customer service to determine returns. Please email our customer service team (email@example.com) if you have any questions regarding this manner and they will assist you in whatever way possible! *Please note that the items must be unworn and unwashed. If signs of wash or wear are visible, we cannot accept the item.
